There is no need to broadcast your plans. There is no need to have a team assisting you. You don't need special technology. The need for collective action only assists the state. The state has a monopoly on violence. If you try to fight the state with violence you will lose. If you stand out, you will be hammered down. They know how to deal with it and they are exceedingly well prepared for it. What they can not stop are the seemingly random. If they don't know what is doing it, how, or why, they have no target, they have no focus. Anonymous individual action is the states Achilles heal. Always remember this. Collectivist problems will never have collectivist solutions.
