It's easier to just knock it back like a pill. Has a slightly jelly texture but not much flavor.
Made me feel sorry for horses because it really smells great, then the taste is bleh. Hopefully people are giving their horses a real apple after it.

Ive taken many doses of horse paste at this point and Im fine... any time I know Ill be around lots of people I dose the few days prior and take some zinc supplements. I also took it when everyone at work got a "sinus infection" a month or so ago and I was less sick and recovered faster than my friends. Stuff seems completely safe. I dont mind the taste either, I eat it straight from the tube and just chase it with some water. It seems to work topically on cold sores too. Highly recommend it. The dose I take is about 12mg or 150lbs on the tube along with a zinc supplement. And for vitamin D I just drink some whole milk

Fenbendazole dewormer is a very small amount of powder per dose and is tasteless and readily available cheaply online. I've done it for cancer. Ask yourself why dewormers cure cancer and viral ailments. Answer: they're all intestinal problems.
