The sad truth is doctors are just common humans. Like in every group of humans, only the 1% are intelligent. The rest are only repeating what they have read in books written by somebody else, or are even corrupted and can harm patients deliberately. Unfortunately people tend to consider doctors as super humans, because parents teach their children to always listen to what doctors say. In reality only the 1% of doctors have the intellectual ability to find the correct cure for patients in uncommon cases that are not already fully described in medical books. This 1% are easily censored by the elite.

Most doctoral candidates are reasonably intelligent and also incredibly good at memorizing what they need to get through the MCAT tests and the competition of the classroom. Some get in because of their skin color or ethnicity, of course.

After 6-10 years of school when the become real doctors and are drowning in debt, they are forced to sign their life and autonomy away to corporate Big Med, where they are overworked and told exactly what they must do to stay employed.

They are not paid to be creative.
