Someone can be a dictator. They can commit horrendous war crimes. They can be the lowest slut having no regard for the sanctity of their own flesh defiling it with drugs and countless sex partners.
Though their minds will justify it through some tortured logic, they know they are doing the wrong thing, and the world knows they are in the wrong even though they may tolerate some of those actions.
But when you have truth. When it is your sacred obligation to protect and promote truth...
The Bishops have that light of truth and when they let it shine, like a light house on the shore, even the most wretched sinner has hope because while they know they are lost - they don't know where to go.
But when the Bishops dim that light because it is too bright for the world, it makes the world uncomfortable, they not only damn their souls but countless millions of others to hell.
The fact is, every approved apparition of the blessed Virgin Mary claimed that most of humanity was going to end up in eternal damnation.
The fact is that Jesus said quite plainly in the New Testament that most of humanity was going to end up in eternal damnation.
The fact is that the Catholic Bishops need to be in front leading the charge and letting people know these two things. Most only care about climate change. Or wealth inequality. Or protecting their Homo-predator brethren/boyfriends.
God will cleanse his church, and the world, but the wrath that we have stored up for ourselves is unthinkable.
Now is the time to repent, go to confession, make your peace with God.
