Still no fever... 99.4 degrees. I don't have a doctor, he lost his license a few weeks ago because he likes to trade narcotics for sexual favors from teenage boys.

I can't go to a new doctor for 2 more weeks.

Everything is going through urgent care.

Work doesn't give a shit unless I have the Rona.

I'm considering getting a rapid test at the cvs in town.

Any thoughts?

Go buy a bottle of 1000mg vitamin c pills. No chewables. Take 2 asap. After 1 hour take another 2. At this point, you might feel the need to shit or fart. Don't trust the fart. If you do not feel the need to shit take another 2. If you do feel it then reduce to 1. You should continue to take 1 every hour or so. If you stop, the vitamin c will exit your blood stream and symptoms will return. Usually after 48 hours, you can reduce to one in the morning, noon and dinner. If symptoms return, increase vitamin c back to hourly. Drink plenty of water.

You can also take up to 500 mg zinc, spread throughout the day. This is only if you are sick. Daily doses are around 50-100mg.

L-Lysine is an amino acid that is very anti viral. I'd take 2000mg in the morning and before meals, on empty stomach.

I'd throw in 5000iu of vitamin D as well and take that everyday. Sick or not.

Taking vitamin c to bowel tolerance is the highest concentration of vitamin c in the blood stream, without IV, possible. The vitamin c reacts with viral particles, stripping the lipid layer of mrna, thus allowing the body to detect and attack viral particles.

Most upper respiratory infections incubate in the ear. Pour peroxide in each ear until bubbling stops or significantly decreases. This can be repeated every 4-6 hours. I usually do once a day if I feel like I'm getting sick.

Great advice. I would add fasting for a day or two. The body needs rest from digestion when you're ill. If someone has to eat, I drink beef stock or broth heated. Also if OP smokes, knock it off. When I take any tablet, I crush them and mix with about 1/4 cup of water and drink it down.

I agree, I usually lose my appetite naturally and don't force it. When I do return to eating, I start back with something easy on the stomach. Always avoid milk when sick.

Don't forget a vaporizer or essential oils for the bronchitis.

I would supplement with vitamin A, C, D, iodine and zinc. You can get vitamins A and D from cod liver oil which is ideal as they are fat soluble. Make sure to take zinc on a full stomach as it can be an irritant. Dulse seaweed has an insane amount of iodine. Make bone broth too.

Dr. Brownstein has a very successful covid protocol which has of course been highly censored but I bet it would be helpful for any kind of respiratory condition. Here is a good summary: https://sambentleygraphics.weebly.com/blog/nebulized-peroxide-a-simple-treatment-for-covid-19

A rapid test for what?

Order a course of antibiotics online if the sinus infection or bronchitis gets real bad. Take lots of B and C, and double the daily dose of the others from a good multivitamin.

Go to the ER if you get really worried.

No reason for any tests.

A test for covid. And when it comes back positive (shocking) it'll be another dipshit who adds drivel to the "muh sense of taste and smell because covid" insanity when all he has is a basic-bitch sinus infection.

I haven't seen a doctor in over 10 years, I don't see what the problem is, drink OJ, rest up, heal yourself.

The problem is OP is probably 300+ pounds.

6'5", 195#.

I've lost 15 pounds since I started feeling like shit.

Wash your state mandated covid mask for once in your life

Natural antibiotics:

  • Fresh raw garlic cut into pieces. Get a clove, grab two bulbs and cut them up. Wait 10 minutes before eating. Raw garlic is spicy as fuck, so I usually put it on some toast and chew it down as fast as I can. Warning: you will stink like garlic once it's in your system as it comes out your pores. Once/day is plenty.

  • Apple Cider Vinegar. Drink 5ml per 100lbs of bodyweight. Use a small medicine cup for measuring and fill any remaining space with water to dillute. Put a swig of water in your mouth and then shoot the vinegar. Twice/day

Also - dry your lungs out as much as you can with Mucinex/Guaifenesin. Try to find it plan and not mixed with an antihistimine or some other whatnot. Generic is great and relatively cheap. Take as directed on the box.

Ibuprofen for aches/pains as directed.

Rest is best but you need to circulate your blood/lymphatic/resperatory systems daily to move that shit around and your systems keep it effective. If you can a 15min walk/jog/run (depending on what shape you're in) will do it.

Feel better!

Go to the pharmacy and get you some Bronkaid, or whatever the fuck it's called, why do you need a dr.?

I thought I was getting either sinus infection or throat infection early summer. Had some Oscillococcinum (homeopathic, for flu symptoms, but what the heck) on hand, so started taking as suggested on the box. Cleared it up. Felt the difference by the second dose, but kept taking for 4-5 days. In the past, something like this has required at least one antibiotic, sometimes more.

All the other suggestions are good, too, but I already take them, and still had the terrible pain.

Bronchitis really sucks. Every time I get sick, I get bronchitis so I know your pain. Usually, when it gets to a point my doc would give me an antibiotic, and it'd clear up in a week. I've literally had it for a month at a time, and it is just miserable.

With that being said, make sure you stay very hydrated, and if you're laying down a lot, move positions every so often to prevent the phlegm from settling in your chest. It is very easy to let unchecked Bronchitis get worse, and when it does you can get pneumonia very easily. If your temp becomes unmanageable, remember, you can safely take acetaminophen and ibuprofen together (102-103 is when it starts to get bad). If you have health ins, most plans cover the Nurse Hotline (info should be on the back of your card). So, if you have any questions you could speak to an RN to get their opinion.

All of the other comments suggesting supplements are spot on. For peace of mind, you may want to pick up a cheap pulse ox (you can find these at Walgreens, and CVS near the pharmacy) to monitor your o2 sat levels.

Ibuprofen kills your immune system, I would never take it.

I don't disagree with you, but when you have an unresponsive fever that high, you start to run the risk of febrile seizures. I guess whichever you think it worse at that point.
