Well, you're under 45, so that, too, contributes to a quick recovery. Glad to hear you had an easy time of it. I happen to be 45-100. Wasn't hard to recover, wasn't an awful experience, it just hung out longer. And yes, I have a bmi in the not fat range.

Hard physical labor is key to living a long time. I'm elderly but move and walk like a younger person. I planted roses today. Dug a 5ft 18" trench with a shovel, shoveled in the soil mix. Put in 5 nice fragrant plants. I'm a little achy but after a short rest have more to do. I cook everyday or the old man gets cranky.
