What do you eat, bruh?
white rice (stay away from brown, the "healthy" meme is a lie, phytates are anti-nutrients) Fish - Tuna (sparingly due to mercury) and Salmon (whenever I want) Very lean (93% and 96% are what I have right now) ground beef, grass fed, no antibiotics. 90% lean Bison Grass fed, no antibiotics 2% or Whole milk. Oatmeal Applesauce Pasta + tomato sauce Chicken Bacon

Based and rangeland-pilled. Bison is my favorite meat of all. And once you have real raw milk, even whole milk from the store tastes like water.
raw milk
Been meaning to try it.
Thanks bro. I do most of what you said except pasta and oatmeal. I do lean grass fed meats, wild fish and seafood, boar bacon, pastured chicken, skim milk, potatoes, white rice, carrots, and apples and berries. I’m still not losing weight fast enough. And I’m still hungry a lot of times :( I have to admit I am doing takeout once a week, but it’s 10,000 times better than before. I’m really hoping to stop even that. I am also under a lot of stress at work and with my living situation. Anyway, do you think oatmeal would do me good?
It doesn't matter what you eat if your goal is to lose weight. It's how much you eat. You sound like the typical fat fuck who uses excuses like "well I eat healthy therefore it's muh metabolism!" when in reality: fatties have faster metabolisms than healthy people.
Just eat less.
I'm still hungry
I don't believe a thing you state about eating as I do, what I do. I'm currently at 1827 calories for today and I'm not hungry. I'm going to have to force myself to eat a bit.
Interesting that you didn't put eggs in there. I've had 2 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon everyday since I was 4...not kidding
I don't like tomato sauce/red sauce for pasta and prefer just salt, pepper, and butter. Love oatmeal, has to have a spoon of honey though. Otherwise all I see is grout or wallpaper paste. I can't stand apples. I do blend a banana with a berry and some ice though for lunch. Decent list all in all.
