I am the only person at the company that is not vaccinated. they attempted to bully me into getting the vaccine. i am extremely lucky and grateful that i found a good job as quickly as i did. i let them know today that i would be moving on. they countered with "we would be willing to let you work from home to keep you." i declined.

feels good. stay strong but also stay smart.

Excellent. Letters of resignation should be flooding in from vaxxed people too. Some smart people took it that I know personally, they were in their 70's though, plus a couple dumb college kids. Really though, I wish more people saw these mandates and ultimatums for what they are, or glanced at Australia.

Don't resign. Make them fire you. If you resign you will not be eligible for unemployment benefits, something that comes out of your every paycheck (in the form of employer-side 'taxes').

Can't get employment benefits if you quit or if you are fired. A furlough or lay off is not the same as being fired and the eligibility for benefits are intact. This is how they control people.

Unemployment benefits are rarely denied even if you are fired. The only sure fire way to lose them is to quit voluntarily.
