Glad to hear it. It’s a shame, was a great place to live back in the day. Weird too how quickly it went from cowboy/farm culture to full on CCP horse shit almost overnight and without a peep. Both good choices. Both are suffering a CA, nigger and mexican invasion though. If you can stay out of the big cities it is best of course. AZ summers can be brutal below 4000 ft. TX has humidity both hot and cold. I guess depends on your line of work and recreation choices which is best.
