Amish are totally off-grid, they read the Scriptures, men work, men and women marry early and have many children, they are used to being separated, or even rejected, do not depend on electricity, and other things from Egypt, etc. Better than this, only nomads.

Mennonites are similar but can drive cars. They have some shops around and the women are nice and traditional. I would pick a good Amish/Mennonite chick over the hypocrite baptists who sneak around the back door of the liquor store any day.
