Normally I use Just Eat (these are takeaway delivery services in britbong). They dared to email me begging to leave them a review, so I channelled my inner Karen and gave them a minimum score of 0 for the below reasons: 1) I placed an order for KFC, and for 15+ minutes it was stuck on 'awaiting confirmation'. 2) The number on their site to call KFC was the wrong number. 3) It took me ages to find Deliveroos customer service number, they mainly tried to push a messaging service with a reply in 24 hours only which would be way too long. 4) When I did get through to their customer service, I had to google search the correct number for the KFC restaurant to give them. 5) They called, and KFC hadn't gotten the order that I had made and was waiting for, and Deliveroo wouldn't simply ask them to authorise the pending order, they made me cancel it and place a new order. Never had these issues when ordering using Just Eat. Pointless drivel post I know, but hopefully people will avoid using a service that puts in false orders and can't verify them without the customer cancelling and placing a new one, so annoying and time wasting.
