Indians literally make everything out of milk, all the deserts and sweets, milk / yoghurt sauces for curry, and such a sauce for rice as well. Also the chug fresh milk right from their pet cow's udders, when I went to India as a kid I burned my whole mouth and throat from freshly pasteurized milk used to make my coffee. Couldn't feel my mouth or taste anything for a whole week.
