He's ridiculing the idea that all the jews sit down and have secret meetings, when really exactly the same decisions would get made as long as all those individual jews act in the interests of their ethnic group. It's not necessary to prove any conspiracy here. Individual White Nationalists don't have to have secret meetings about what to do, as all their decisions would automatically benefit Whites at some level. Individual Leftist teachers don't have to have explicitly teach CRT, but because all their framing of issues is done with CRT in mind, it automatically creates the group-think myth of 'systemic racism' and 'wypipo bad' So if everyone in the media is a jew, then the unconscious collective bias of that industry is inevitably going to be Pro jewish
