Cool story? I'm asking at what point in our exploitation of spamming messages to random phone numbers does the carrier lock you out. If it is a low threshold, it is not worth attempting an automation script. But I don't know enough about telecoms or VOIP tbh.

I once had over a dozen Google Voice numbers by using IPKall and Ekiga. I wonder if this would still work for Dingtone or similar.
