Almost a week in for me, fuck... It's been tough but rewarding and getting easier. I'll just go over everything I threw into my August: No drinking No porn 5 day a week workouts 100 pushups a day Cold showers No fried food Pick up a new hobby or Learn a new language Killing the no drinking and porn thing, consistently doing the gym I'm down over 10 lbs, I'm eating healthier by default as a result so the no fried food as been a cake walk. 100 pushups a day I do on top of the work out is pretty easy I just break them up and getem in when I have time. The new hobby has been a tough though, it's hard to break old habits and develop new interests, and this coming from someone who has been interested in so many things over the years. Working on Spanish as a second language, I really need to sit down and figure out the grammar but I'm frequently using words when possible though it's coming pretty naturally, I'm actually using words I've seen in movies and stuff that I've never been formally taught. Enrolling in a welding class at the end of the month... I really don't have the time for it, but unless I commit now I'm never going to do it. That's been my Aryan august, anyone else participating?
