Maybe you have good money and you don't know what will happen in these insecure times. Some here leave money in the bank, stock market, crypto, etc, I recommend that you do not make money with these things that are just a ponzi, rather invest in land, housing, then you put the house, building, etc in rent, it is highly stable, and always has been, for centuries it has been done. My family has a building and we rent it out to other people, sometimes there's a problem, but it's not the end of the world. One tenant goes out, another one comes in.

The Apostle Paul himself lived in a rented house.

So if it's possible to you rent, when renting give preference to non-liberal white people, obviously, and in a time of crisis like now you can still give your race friend a chance, and allow them to delay renting for a month, two, etc. But don't let them push it. Keep things under your control. I also recommend that you do not use real estate companies, does not change almost anything and they still take a part of your money, they are parasites too.

Oh yeah? How about all the landlords who haven't seen a penny in rent for over a year? Soon to be two years.

See, in our case, at most the money was delayed one month rent as soon as everything closed by Covid's cause. If they delayed any longer than, lets say, 3 months, I'd get some friends and family together, and we'd throw everything out into the street.

I lost my freelance work that was barely paying rent in September, 3 months after I moved in to a cheaper place. My landlord wouldn't go to the magistrate to get my paperwork I needed for ERAP. He also wouldn't fix anything and had not told me that he had rented to known fleony convicts who engaged in criminal activity such as crack parties (a violation of PA's affectionately named "crackhouse law") and prostitution (brothel). Then he illegally harassed and threatened me, even sending someone illegally imitating a constable who threatened to get a group of other constables to physically remove my possessions myself and would beat me up if I refused to leave. All the while he not only never fixed anything that the other tenants broke and I didn't have the resources to fix most of them myself. Ultimately the magistrate sided with me... 9 months after all this started. When all he needed to do was get a piece of paper from the magistrate. I'm guessing he is committing tax fraud and not accurately reporting his income.

Really good guess....

We're heading toward Communism and I don't have much faith that the old rules still apply. Like the boomers who keep telling millennials that they just need to work hard and they will be rewarded for their labor. Well that America hasn't existed for a long time. I have burned myself out until my health is completely gone and still struggled to pay all these expenses for a meager lifestyle.

I would say investing in single-wide trailer parks is a very good business strategy as most middle-class Americans will be downgrading to them while the middle class continues to crumble into oblivion.

This is why you're poor.

eviction moratorium

tenant vandalism

Though with the "sanctuary cities" giving housing "assistance" to illegals the price of rent has skyrocketed. You can shove 5 people in a $50k house and get $2500 a month. What some lessors don't realize is that you have to prove that you lost so much income that you can't afford rent in order to avoid a successful eviction. And that you can still be evicted for criminal activity, damaging the property, or other violations that don't regard income.
