In one situation, I read in Russia Today, that electronic devices like computers, notebooks, etc, send signals even when they are turned off, like just a small key-code, and through this, the government can read your data.

The government already has such a large database on you, and they've already compiled the data and the patterns of behavior, that anything you do in the future will more or less fall within your standards. That is, he knows what you people of your kind have done, do and will do in such situations.

Even if you don't use the Internet and don't have electronic devices like smartphones and so on, your family members do, and they talk about you to other people with these devices, so the government knows everything about you, and even if you talk to a person, and they have a smartphone nearby this can record the audio of your conversation, and they will collect the data and info of what you said.

There is no secure electronic device. And even if you don't have any device and live alone without electric energy, they can track you through cameras in the city and streets, wi-fi signals (which work like a radar/sonar), or satellites.

Correct. Congrats on catching up to the last 10 years.

You can block data mining. Very easily in fact. All the electronic devices that "phone home" to big brother or big tech need internet to send the data. You can simply block those requests with a DNS filter and possibly http filter if you want to catch all the traffic.

My house and all my electronics are very secure. No data leaves my devices without my ok. This is a major downfall for people who refused to at least try and comprehend technology as it became the biggest part of everyone's daily lives.
