The fact I even have to make this post.

FOR THE LOVE OF EVERYTHING

DO NOT ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO END THEIR LIFE. EVER

I have updated this sub's rules to reflect the need to add a rule to ensure users do not encourage anyone to end their own life.

If you are reading this and have been suicidal at, please know that whatever you are going through can be fixed. There is always something to see tomorrow. You want to see what comes next right? There's a lot of good to see. You're not confined to your circumstances you have now.

Here's some books to help you get your life back on track:

  • No More Mr. Nice Guy by Dr. Robert Glover (Men Only)
  • How To Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie
  • Millionaire Fastlane by MJ DeMarco

If you got the money, get a gym membership and hire a training. Work towards building more muscle and just bettering yourself. Take care of yourself. You have value to give to this work.

Also learn coding or a trade, it'll help big time. Electrician, Truck Driving, Welding and HVAC are good ones. Cutting hair is a good way to make money too.

If you hate what's going on politically, find the people near you who are fighting back. Join up with them and work together to make our country a better place. That's what I do. If you want things to do, head over to my other sub and you can look at my super list of things that need to be taken care of. You'll be surprised though that things that probably need to be resolved with your local/county government.

Politics, I recommend reading Stones Rules by Roger Stone to get started

Robert's Rules of Order (get the brief and 12th editions) is a very important book, it's the basis of how local meetings are conducted

For economies, I recommend reading Wealth of Nations by Adam Smith and Basic Economics by Thomas Sowell

Other reading, I'd recommend American Marxism by Mark Levin if you want the plan on how to fix the U.S.

To make radical change, Rules For Radicals by Saul Alinsky is a must

Art of War Art of Politics by Shawn Frost and Gary Gagliardi is another good book. It's Sun Szu's Art of War adapted for Politics. Art of War is an over 2,000 year old war strategy book written by Chinese General Sun Szu. This one you HAVE TO buy the paperback. They messed up the digital edition.

many years ago i had thoughts about ending it. it was because i was weak and stupid. it took many years to change that and now i can calmly handle any situation. 1. learn to do EVERYTHING yourself. if you need to use cash to solve a problem, you need to work on your skillset. 2. have available resources. build and gather them. 3. do physical work instead of a gym, for cash or for yourself, friends or family. 4. deny yourself anything you cling to. once you break habits and addictions you are free to enjoy those things again. stay in control. 5. dont waste time, dont be idle. switch off the tv, read a book, make something, go to the woods or walk in the hills. 6. accept your own mortality, time is short so keep changing and adapting. this makes life more interesting. a great reason to live is to see what the fuck happens next. accept responsibility for your life. 7. take every failure as a lesson. if you learn that lesson the failure becomes a win. 8. make plans. make plan b, c, d, etc. plan A often turns out shit. 9. eject eject eject from toxic social circles. dont be afraid or shy to ditch shitty 'friends'. there are better friends you have yet to meet. 10. never get too hung up on relationships. remember that love ends so enjoy it while it lasts and always be ready to move on. 11. put on your oxygen mask before helping others! look after number one. thats the best way to be able to assist those around you. 12. wear sunscreen... just kidding, burn peel, grow a thick leather. baby soft skin is for women. 13. ask questions. ask yourself. if you dont have answers, return to step 1 and repeat. each time you do the answer will be different. this is normal.
