I'm heading down to the Charleston area on Monday. Rather than go through the mask BS at the airport, I'm going to drive.
Wish me luck.

Okay.

sleep·y /ˈslēpē/ adjective needing or ready for sleep. "the wine had made her sleepy"

tired /ˈtī(ə)rd/

adjective in need of sleep or rest; weary. "Fisher rubbed his tired eyes"

Looks the same to me.

Nice try using normalizing kikectionary.

sleepy adj. sleepier ◊ sleepiest Ready to fall asleep; "beginning to feel sleepy"

tired adj. tireder ◊ tiredest <tI&rd> Depleted of strength or energy; "tired mothers with crying babies"; "too tired to eat."

Tired can also mean being mentally bored, like driving hours straight can be really boring, especially if you drive alone. (e.g I'm tired of this shit)

Sleepy is falling asleep whatever you are doing. You can also get sleepy because of boredom, but most likely for physical reason (lack of sleep or too relaxed)
