Get a couple of cans of those energy drinks and keep them in a cooler. Redbull or w/e. Wait 'til you're exhausted and shotgun one of them. It should keep you going for a few hours.

I wish they made them years ago when I had to drive to a funeral in NY from the middle of the Keys. 22 hours with nothing but NoDoz and coffee.

Get some rest, stay hydrated, enjoy the scenery, stay out of the big cities or drive on through.

Just avoid going through cities is the best way, not saying go through small towns but stay on highways a much as possible since you'll avoid the fools that put into practice insane mandates and checks along the way.
