I had these 3 yungins workin for me. 25 to 40 yrs old. Been grindin for at least the last 5 mnths. I fucked up and had a cook out. We started talkin about "everything" . Long story short, my next door brother helped me remove these punks from the area so to speak. Hes a retired door kicker. Lol. Cops came, thought it was funny n left. Now im fucked. Now what? I paid them fuckers around 4 grand a week. Now its just me. Lol! Fukin beer n bbq...

Lol. Me either. I invited my employeez over for a cookout...started talking politics...beer...bad attitudes...lets call it a night...nope! They wanted to fight. Shit went real bad real quik. I won the fight but lost in the long run. That about sums it up. I remember now why I dont have many friends. Im a fukin ass hole!

What do you do that allows you to pay someone 4k per week? We're they a specialist job? How do I do that? Lol.

Tree removal and cleanup. Thats what I paid all of them together per week. I subcontracted them to help run equipment n such. I actually work for the boss and they worked for me. Only about a week left on this job. Ill figure it out.

You can do one of two things. Actually make that three.

No cookouts.

Dont be an asshole

Only invite other assholes to your cookouts.
