Most people are not motivated to riot, except blacks living in cities. Anytime you see protests, notice how well coordinated the "riots" are. Often, weapons, such as bricks, molotov cocktails, bars, etc. are conveniently left in strategic locations. There's usually a scout who's job it is to break certain windows and encourage the rioting. These people run in quickly, cause some damage and quickly escape. The locations are strategic. Generally in well known, high traffic areas. Generally high end retail stores are there. Riots do not happen in poor areas where only thugs live. Generally, there is a federal reserve member bank nearby.

This could be an attempt to lower property values, so wealthy oligarchs can buy property for cheap prices. This is a well known tactic of jews. Just sayin'.
