After the countries laws are written, Politicians, Courts, and People should never be permitted to alter them I any way, including by adding to them, subtracting from them, or by interpreting them in a manner that deviates from strictest and most literal reading of the letter of the laws, with regard to what they say and even more to what they do not say, after the nation's laws were first written, they must only have the power of overseers who enforce what was written at the nation's outset. A group of laypeople with an interest in political design can create the perfect system, but after the system has been implemented, anyone else who makes a change to it will only make it worse, democracy in all it's forms is a mistake, but so is allowing anyone, even a dictator, to move the country's system towards deviating from its original design.
