The difference is that blacks are the super majority in both countries. They’re only 13% of the population here. I’m sure certain areas could turn into Haiti here, but it would be more of a regional issue.

  1. Get out debt... stop playing all jew money games

In Texas you can kind of define it by the school size. Rural 3a and even 4a school districts will be about the right size town. Will have everything you need.
