You must agree to pay upon condition of PROOF OF CLAIM.

4, 5, 6 ... The bailiff cannot arrange a court hearing if you do not "dispute the claim". This is the essence of the Common Law and Contract Law. Courts are there to SETTLE DISPUTES.

If you do not dispute the claim, but merely ask for proof of their claim, then you will neutralise bailiffs.

Courts to not enforce debts. They SETTLE DISPUTES.

"Yes, Mr Bailiff, of course I will pay. Just prove that I owe the money and I will pay at once".

Sir, your presence in an international firm proves my point. If you are able to prove your claim then so be it. Mere demands for money do not constitute proof of claim. Do not confuse "heavyweight jew law firm" with "proof of claim".
