4, 5, 6 ... The bailiff cannot arrange a court hearing if you do not "dispute the claim". This is the essence of the Common Law and Contract Law. Courts are there to SETTLE DISPUTES.

If you do not dispute the claim, but merely ask for proof of their claim, then you will neutralise bailiffs.

Courts to not enforce debts. They SETTLE DISPUTES.

You need not complain about hurr durr sovereign citizen. I put this shit into practice. It works. Why does it work? Because the courts operate under Law of the Sea. We ourselves are subject only to Law of the Land.
