Lactose tolerance amongst Pakis and northwest Indians is pretty much a given since they use milk for everything.
No no no no no.
Lactose intolerance is just as high (75-90%) for all other races (than jews) except Whites
Whites are the ONLY race to have developed raising livestock and thus posses near 100% lactose tolerance.

Intolerance was 30% for North Indians, probably less in the northwest since they are lighter shades of brown than Bengali or Bihari for example. It was 21% for northern French, 15% for Germans. Others it was 55% and higher.
I would attribute this to Aryans who originally settled that area, the Scythians, Indo Greek, Bactrians, and their descendants.
What's happening in all these cultures is they process the dairy into yogurt, cheese, etc. The sugars get broken down into something that can be digested. But, they don't eat raw milk.
They do that, but they also drink the milk. I put up a link to a graphic that shows they have less intolerance than people in the Balkans and their intolerance rate isn't even that far off from the northern French and Germans compared to other groups.
