Just find something else to do, then you won't be bored, like building a birdhouse.
Im a lifelong carpenter, I hate that shit now.
Build it out of actual birds, not wooden ones.
Full human size? What sized birds? Hummingbird or ostrich? I'm guessing each type for specific purposes.
get something your passionate about and commit to that instead of drinking. I drank to blackout for 25 years. art helped kill the extreme boredom. I haven't gone back to drinking. I quit September 3 2013 i have been in art shows and make money from my passion. fuck boredom that's just laziness. you have something you wanted to learn or do. start with 1 hour a day. you got this you muddahfucka
Drink a Liquid IV packet (buy on Amazon or direct) before bed and the hangover isnt as bad
Find a new hobby, pick up learning a new skill. There is a lot of shit to do in this world.
Please find a more fulfilling lifestyle to live. One of my old friends ruined his life with drinking and we can only hope is still out there somewhere.
When you finally quit, after a while, regular life becomes enjoyable again. It is an addictive substance, my dude. Let’s not fall to the hands of mediocrity. May as well buy a Nintendo Switch and eat chicken tenders each day too.
Do it for Adolf. Do it for your brothers. Do it for honor. Do it for something greater than yourself.
Man I prob been drinking for longer than you been alive. I only recently went a few days without and I got to admit I did feel better, I do find it much more boring though.
It will take time to feel normal again. Even if you are older than me, I hate to see a man succumb to the stuff.
I succumbed long ago, to alot of stuff but only alcohol stuck. Mainly cause its legal. I have never had any adverse reactions to quitting anything. Its harder to quit when you dont really want to. But I feel I have a limited time to get back in the best shape I can before its to late. I mean Im not bad now just realize how much Ive lost.
Stop drinking
