The chances are it hasn't actually escaped the lab, but just so you know, this came out a couple of years ago from a black site and was only just leaked. The symptoms are paranoia and antisocial behavior progressing homosexuality and then to insanity. A late side effect is progressive colorblindness, which progresses to actual blindness a few weeks later. Like I said not much to worry about, just keep a watch for the symptoms.
