None of the items you listed were all that uncommon, and I assume you meant supernatural (not sobrenatural). Moreover, how would these things mean that god was punishing the USA, setting aside the existence of a supreme being altogether?

No. That was due to jewden's force federalization of a significant portion of the TX power grid which was then forced onto (((green energy))) as well as having a good chunk of sustainable energy shut off. The snow storm was a thing that exacerbated the problem but that was planned too (No. I am NOT saying humans can control weather, I am saying that weather is known to happn sometimes).
