Look, I know, just 3 Kg isn't much. But I am not that fat, but I am not as thin as I want to be, and I want to lose another 12 kg now, let's see if I can do it, God willing.

Some time ago, I was eating cheeseburgers every day, contrary to what many people think, they can be very healthy (nothing to do with McDonalds and Subways).

But to save money, I decided to make them at home, it was very similar, but even so, I could not lose weight, always stayed with the same amount, then what I did ? I changed their recipe.

I used to do :

Bread. Hamburger. Cheese. Ham. Chicken Egg. Lettuce. Corn.

Now :

Whole wheat bread with various seeds. Hamburger. Cheese. Ham. Quail Eggs.

They look like sandwiches now, so I substituted chicken egg and corn and lettuce, and am compensating for the lack of such nutrients with the various seeds contained in whole wheat bread and two quail eggs which are much smaller (1 C.egg = 5 Q.egg).

I take about 15 minutes to prepare them. Now its easier, cheaper and faster to make, and even the taste is better, because lettuce gets in the way of the flavor, its like you're eating grass, digestion is also very good.

So you could make your own recipe.

One thing that many don't undertand is that only changing foods will make you lose weight, its not only this, in fact, if you want to lose weight, you can even keep eating what you eat, but eat less. If you eat 700 grams of food a day, reduce it to 500, and you will lose weight in a few days.

I have noticed that I could have lost more weight because I have been eating sweet biscuits at night, I intend not to do it anymore.
