People can still fight government with civil action, but they don't. It's not really hard to do. Just team up and find a lawyer who is not an asshole, and sue the government. I can't believe people are only bitching and moaning instead of starting a civil action. US law is not perfect, but it has some ways to defend from the government abuse.

while i appreciate your positivity, the lawsuit is doomed if the judge is a kike. and there’s a lot of kike judges.
