West african societies are matrilineal polygamous societies. The man doesn’t stick around. Its their culture. They aren’t effed up because their homes are broken. Its just the way they are. You cant fix these people by encouraging them to get married. They aren’t broken or in crisis. Its the way they are.
Plenty of single white females destroying young lives too.
So re-criminalize out of wedlock sex, get rid of no fault divorce, criminalize abandonment and end alimony/child support and welfare for single moms. The only reason women are single moms is because we make it easy for them to be. Maybe make it illegal for married women to work while they have a child under 12 or something like that.
