When Lincoln was assassinated, the assassin didn't hide and also proclaimed Sic semper tyrannis. This shows that the assassin was feeling righteous. All the modern assassinations, like Kennedy or Reagan were not committed by somebody righteous. They were idiots or crazy, unable to formulate any political motivation for their actions. This shows that political antagonism was replaced by mere conspiracies that have nothing to do with politics. I wonder where are the real politically motivated organizations, and why are they being replaced by idiots. Looks like all the real secret societies were exterminated.
