In sourced Indians are already pre-filtered as above average for indians. Imo experience, only around 1%-2% brought here are capable.

It's ironic you never hear about brain drain anymore. People need to talk about how racist it is to encourage brain drain and how damaging it is to their societies. Now that they are educated they should go home to uplift their people. Anything else is a hateful, racist policy. Condemning their country to stagnation and poverty. Only racist, hateful people support such things.

CO2 is much higher in Western countries, thus we should encourage immigration out of Western countries and into countries that can operate without pumping so much CO2 in the atmosphere. The Green New Deal (Come Home bill) should be a migration bills for the lefties those who want to, give them 200K to renounce their citizenship and be disallowed to try to immigrate to any Western countries.

It's bad if you work in tech. Asking if they work with offshore developers is definitely going to be an interview question going forward. The developers will flat out just copy code from other parts of the code base or from stack overflow. It's so obvious anymore and a quick google of a line of their code pulls it up every single time. When you try to help any of them with their shit fucking code all they do is argue with you and say someone else did it this way too. They are the niggers of the developer world 100%.

I've only seen 1 good one out of all of them in the street shitter teams and he quit lol... The people these contracting firms hire don't even know basic javascript. Not don't know as in they suck at it. It's almost like they never once did a single tutorial or class.

This. I used to work corporate QA. Working for UPMC was the worst. The only full ti.e employee was a white guy who was a cintractor for over 5 years before he was hired full time. Everyone else were co tractors. The two database engineers were also white guys but they were in their 50s and 60s and had been arou d lonfer than the department manager and project lead. Besides me, there were only 2 other white guys in development, and one of them was the project lead's nephew. One guy couldn't even understand English. I could not tell him all the bugs he created because he simply couldn't understand English. He kept talking in broken Englis how he learned C in university. Well, I'm sure they poorly taught C and he was given a passing grade simply because he paid his tuition, but even that wasn't relevant since theproject was an ASP.NET project written in VB.NET and C#.

I worked at a company with a high population of third world contractors milking the H1B system. It was so bad that they had to separate the Indians from the Pakistanis because they'd argue all the time. We had an actual fist fight once.
(Which I just watched from far enough away to not get hit by flying objects.)

man i had a guy working under me once, fucked if i can remember his real name but we called him 'lucky' he was one of them polydactyly guys, had a completely fucking useless extra finger on each hand.

Lol, my dad also hired one of those guys for one of his warehouses, except ours was some sort of south American spic. Equally useless. Hated how he always greeted with a hand shake.

Edit: On his right hand, he still only had five "fingers". His middle and ring were fused into one giant fugly fingerbanger.

Unpopular opinion—I don’t really have a problem with them. I know the ones around here are upper class and not that representative.

I dont really want them here— theyve taken over a few towns near by, which sucks because I don’t want to live in india.

But as far as foreigners go, Ill take them over most other non-whites. Unless they’re muzzie.

Someone presented in our quarterly meeting about IT and the entire central theme and every other slide said "do the needful". Apparently that's a thing there but these people are on my last fucking nerve. One today sent me a response to an IT ticket, "please help, because of technical reason ..."
