I remember as a child , women stayed home with their children , and actually had children , no " dog mom's ".
Homosexuality was considered deviant and shameful. Illegitimate children were almost unheard of. Divorce was rare and was considered shameful. In the span of about 40 years the old order was swept away , millions of fatherless children , societal norms flipped 180 degrees , and this happened in one generation.
