So, the price of a 2' x 4' sheet of 7/16" OSB at Lowes in my city is currently $52.

The closest Lowes to me has over 1600 on hand. That's a lot.

The next closest one has 1800+ on hand.

The same is true of 2" x4" studs, both 92-5/8" and 96". Over 4,000 of each on hand at the closest store.

Supplies are reaching glut level, and the price can't be sustained that way.
