I think the admin blocked the IPs of (at least some) users who used pic8 links that redirected to catbox. I can't reach the upload page of catbox via the usual VPN connection I use, but switching to another the site loads immediately.

The admin is a faggot until proven otherwise.

Pretty sure it's just down which is par for the course with catbox.

No. Its not. I can pick the original connection and I can't connect. Switch to a new one and can immediately connect.
