DO NOT DRINK WORMWOOD TEA.

You do not know how to dose it properly or how dangerous it can be. Wormwood is potent and potentially deadly and it is fucking foolish of you to give people that advice. You will harm someone.

You want to give them advice for antiviral benefit you say star anise and usnea. You do not say wormfuckingwood.

So we're on the same page, you are talking about wormwood, latin name Artemisia vulgaris, aka mugwort? The herb commonly used to make tea and commonly used in European folk medicine?

Artemis absinthium is wormwood.artemis vulgaris is wormwood. Thujones in absinthum bark can cause lots of bad things especially if they interact with other medications.

Mugwort is fine just don't take it with benzos
