Suffering

Why do we suffer when we aren't physically hurting? This is a deep answer and will require some contemplation to confirm - from Chapter 11, Verse 5 of the ancient tome - The Ashtavakra Gita:

"It is worry that gives birth to suffering, nothing else. The one who knows this firmly is free from worry, happy and calm, all longings having perished."

Fight Club. I re,ember remember hoping they wouldn't ruin the book when they made the movie and being pleasantly surprised.

I almost never see a movie from a book I’ve read for that very reason, but I agree about this particular one. Adjustment Day is befitting for our current times, and Choke is one of my favorites of his.
