Some virus thrive in heat or cold or humid or dry weather. Some are destroyed by UV radiation (sunlight). It depends on the virus. If they could quantify all the factors that cause surges theyd be able to predict where these outbreaks will occur . But of course they are obsessed to linking this shit to mask decrees.

I should say this is just my theory that the current outbreak in India is due to low humidity. But its well known that the virus does not do well in humid conditions. I guess we’ll know in a month when the rains start.
