Admins can't, and even if we could, we have no interest in doing so.
Roger. The company I work at, we have to do that every so often to figure out what the true problem is. I guess you never have to do that.

I was just talking about logging into their account. You switch the encrypted salted (hopefully) database password with your own, log in, do the necessary stuff, log out, change the password back.
Not a big deal in my brain. I see no privacy violation with that. I'm sure some whack jobs would see this as some creepy violation.
E!!!!: Now if it is encrypted user content, yeah, that would be a privacy violation, but you and I are not dealing with that.
