So I got off the phone with a recruiter this morning, and I ended up so confused. I work in engineering, and my resume is pretty standard boilerplate stuff. The recruiter said the hiring manager complained that he didn't see anywhere on my resume that i showed my ability to think critically. This confused my greatly, because why would i ever write down something so stupid on my resume? Turns out the guy is a pajeet, and then it all made sense.
