This technology has been proven to be in your smart meters!

The patent shows the verification test to show that it works!!!

This is what a positive looks like.

This technology was originally only used on gangstalking victims. But now that the whole world is suffering from narcissistic abuse and gaslighting maybe this has been turned on for anyone that protests the covid gaslighting?

I would suggest we should be all doing this verification test as described in the patent to see if we are being subjected to cybertorture.

Dr Niles Melzer reported last year to the UN about governments using cybertorture to subvert the laws on torture. They are expected to make a statement at the UN about this stuff soon. Declaring it crimes against humanity since they have already declared these types of psychotronic weapons as WMD's a few years ago!

It's pretty clear the government are at war with their own population by all covert means. It's wouldn't surprise me if this is intended to push lonely people to suicide during the lockdowns.

I really wouldn't be surprised if this has been turned up full for the whole world.

He's not referring to the power lines, he is referring to the smart wireless meters. Likely the carrier frequencies for data transfer.

This technology can change your emotional state by pumping low frequency pulses into your home wiring!!!

Literally pulled from OP's title. "Into your home wiring".

I think he must be mistaken, or perhaps, it depends on locality. Data over power line has been a thing for a while.

Data over power line has been a thing for a while.

Yes it has. Much longer than most people may know. It was in use long before networking over the power line became a thing. The late 70s and early 80s had home automation products sold by BSR and Radio Shack (and still by X-10) that used a 120 KHz data signal modulated over the power lines of your house to communicate with remote controllers for lights and switched outlets. I sued to have my house wired with these back in the 90s, but I've ripped it out because home automation is a pain in the ass rather than a convenience. You can still buy these controllers and modules today () although WiFi ones are much more common.

BPL data is usually > 1.5MHz and can go up to near 100MHz. There are older data over power lines technology. An older relative had a service that would shut the water heater down during times of super high demand, for a bill credit. That worked over power line as well, but was much slower - and it's so old I can't remember what the frequency was. I want to say that was something like 1s of bits per second, but all you needed was an address and a on/off command.

There are other data over power line systems, like Firecracker (X10 data) and Ethernet-over-power, but those are kind of rare these days.
