That's fair. In recent years I've read many atheists come out in support of christianity; acknowledging the societal and social benefits. As such, ty for the addition.
I still offer, your comment implies you're lacking a background in history such has been revised and given from us.
"Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic."
Is it magic you don't believe in or technology? Are you sure you understand the difference? A lot is recorded over thousands of years but ignored because it's "myth and science fiction."
They now claim Troy is myth even though it's historically and archeologicaly confirmed.
Rhetorically, are you still so steadfast?
Not the same thing. Divinity is not technology. If "GOD" is a technologically advanced being then he is not divine but an alien of sorts. While there is an argument (and a good one) that the Bible is really a report of alien visitation; Christians do not believe that God is an alien; they believe he is divine. To me; Magic is divinity. Technology is technology.
That's not what I said. I simply hope to plant seeds so you explore and dig deeper. And it is much deeper.
I am afraid I do not see the point you are trying to make.
