How is this fair for new people, this will only promote more fake accounts or alt because people here rarely upvote or downvote. The ones that do downvote are because they are angry not other reasons. This is the same crazy stuff reddit is doing to people because people were downvoted. This site cant be called a free speech of older members or new accounts at level 30+ restrict people by time limit.
