Yesterday I did this for a post from - the clues were they used a dirty live link and they have me blocked. See here:

You can even also track down comments. I just saw this post about a new user claiming their score is at -99. Top comment was from AOU I suspected. So I went to this page: https://poal.co/u/AOU/comments
