I still never wear a mask anywhere, and I call the cops when refused entry. They always try some line about being able to make their own rules in their own establishment. It's funny.
So far I've taken each and every one of them to the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal and settled 7 cases and won 3 additional cases. Just use their stupid laws against them. I'm just a poor disabled person being discriminated against.
If you can't ban wheelchairs or niggers, and have to bake cakes with front holes full of bloody pus, then you can't make me wear a mask. These faggots made their bed. Just remember, you can't argue you have a RIGHT not to wear it - you have to be exempt. Sorry, but that's the way the laws are written.
Good news is that anyone above a 4th grade reading level is already exempt. Just read your local laws.
Keep fighting the good fight for the rest of us. Not all of us have the luxury to have the mask policy as the hill to die on.
I'm doing what I can. It's not a lot of fun most of the time.
Ontario HRT makes it super easy to win at least, and you can represent yourself. Filing fee is only $75. I may decide to pursue the individual employees as well, in civil court, just to drive the message home and fuck with them a little. Right now I'm just punishing companies. Problem is HRT awards are tiny by comparison. My largest single settlement has only been a few thousand dollars.
