After so long of being on welfare you should have to pay it back. There should be a set amount of time you have to get a job. If you can't there needs to be proof you've vigorously tried. Real proof. There would be reasonable repayment plans that don't overly burden the social welfare recipients it everything would be paid back.

In America, welfare costs are near one trillion dollars but that isn't an issue worth bringing up? Let's just ignore that massive issue because its politically correct. Wouldn't want to face the issue of the cancer that niggers are.

There are too many worthy issues out there - I just think this issue isn't one that's going to change anything. US welfare spending is lower than most developed countries.

What's to stop your welfare recipients from declaring bankruptcy? Obviously welfare recipients aren't going to be paying back shit while they're on welfare... don't you think a mounting welfare debt would just encourage them to forever accept welfare and give up on becoming independent?
