After so long of being on welfare you should have to pay it back. There should be a set amount of time you have to get a job. If you can't there needs to be proof you've vigorously tried. Real proof. There would be reasonable repayment plans that don't overly burden the social welfare recipients it everything would be paid back.

Dude, I'd like you know you better, someone told me you are the guy to know. I would honestly after what I have seen argue a little bit differently, like if you have been on it for a majority of your life, your offspring is disqualified. If you were on it but you paid enough in taxes to cover 1.5 what you used you are fine. I've paid what I have used in taxes 5 fold. I have also watched people who have been on it for literal generations and watched them pay for booze and cigarettes and shit food for inflated prices from immigrant businesses. I should probably stop thinking about this as I have to go to bed and that won't happen if I'm too angry.
